Excellent location - step outside, walk a few metres at you're at the Gare de Lyon. Spacious room/bathroom for Paris hotels. Good amount of storage space. Large television. Refrigerator. Friendly staff. The gym had all the equipment we needed.

We arrived by TGV at Gare de Lyon so with the hotel only a couple of 100 meters away it was certainly convieniently located. Checkin at reception was quick easy and hassle free and throughout our 4 day stay the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed, comfortable and of adequate size with a nice comfy bed. Visiting attractions was easy with several Metro stations close by. A great buffet Breakfast was available (see comments below) each day.

We liked the bar and that there was a brilliant kids corner. We unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, as our weekend was so busy, but it looked lovely! The staff were amazing, everyone spoke English and helped us with everything. We especially enjoyed our chats with a lovely bar man (I didn’t get his name sorry) a wonderful security man who gave our girls some hotel teddy bears and Mark the chef who was delightful and recommended another fantastic restaurant for us to try out for my birthday. So friendly and kind. Definitely going to recommend you guys to anyone planning a Paris trip!

We are a family of two adults and two kids. The location is extremely convenient. We did day trips to Disney Parks for two days and it was very easy. Also very easy to get to the popular places. Kids loved the swimming pool. Rooms were clean but the size of the room was a bit small. The big bed for me and my husband is very comfy. Overall not bad - I guess that's why we paid that much.

+ A very convenient location. If you travel by train, you can reach the hotel within 2-5 min. The metro is close by too. + The (standard) rooms are quite large for Parisian standards. + You can come early, store the luggage and explore Paris before checking in. + There's a security guy in the lobby in the evening and (at times) during the day. This makes you feel even safer. + There's even a gluten free corner (Schär gluten free bread, Madleines and granola). Gluten free times are marked. I very much appreciated this as someone with celiac disease. Thank you!

The size of room was good even for 3 persons (2 adults and one teenager). Good bathroom. The location was fantastic. Close to several metro stations and attractions were relatively close to the Hotel. Limited choice of restaurants around the hotel. It is best you choose restaurants in other part of the city.

It was newly renovated and our family room had lots of space. The pool was nice too.

Room was large and comfortable only thing we didn’t like was shower over the bath, but hotel supplied bath rubber mat Breakfast was excellent service excellent Close to train station, Staff courteous and very helpful. Room was made up every day and was neat and clean Thank you 2 very happy Australians
